In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. 128best strictly enforces this age limit and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned at the Company's sole discretion.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in all locations.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Any duplicate Accounts identified may be closed without notice and associated funds may be forfeited.
You may not register an Account on behalf of a third party or allow any other person to use your Account. All wagers must be placed by the registered Account holder using their own funds.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension.
128best is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) on all Accounts. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must notify 128best immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Access to the Platform is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
Access to the Platform requires a compatible device with an active internet connection. 128best does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or emergency downtime without prior notice. The Company will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
All Account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts — are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency (e.g., via cryptocurrency), conversion to MYR will be applied at the prevailing rate determined by the Company at the time of transaction.
128best accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT via TRC-20). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are typically processed within 15 minutes to the registered MYR payment method on file. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours or pending KYC verification may take longer. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds. Any funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 128best are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be clearly disclosed on each promotion page. Wagers placed using bonus funds may contribute differently across game types — live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
128best reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional structures through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating with other Members to claim the same promotional offer multiple times, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds not utilised within thirty (30) days of being credited to an Account will be automatically forfeited without notice.
All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. 128best reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not valid until confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is generated.
Where a bet is placed at manifestly incorrect odds or under erroneous circumstances resulting from a technical or human error, 128best reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. The Company will not be liable for any profits generated from bets placed under obvious error conditions.
All sports bets placed on 128best — covering markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions — are governed by the Company's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, specific settlement rules will apply as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules document.
Game outcomes for all live dealer tables and slot games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, independently audited to ensure fairness. The applicable RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game interface. Results are final upon completion of each game round.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted under this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 128best. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 128best, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Company's total cumulative liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
128best does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
128best reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Member has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our Customer Support team. Upon receipt and processing of your closure request, any remaining verified Balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within seven (7) Working Days.
The following sections of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiry of your Account: Definitions, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct, and Governing Law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 128best is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 128best's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified by the Company's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
128best reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Members via email to the registered Account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where required by law or regulatory authority to implement changes immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
